About the Role

As a Child Care Lead Teacher I, you will be responsible for creating a caring, safe, and enriching space where every child feels valued and inspired to learn. You will communicate clear goals, guidelines, and standards to support each child's growth and ensure the health, safety, and well-being of every child entrusted to your care.

About You

Required:

High School diploma or GED, required.
NC Credentials or equivalency plus 6 semester hours, required.
1 year early childhood work experience with children up to 12 years of age, required.
Adult and Pediatric CPR/First Aid within 2 months of hire, required.
ITS SIDS (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome) within 2 months of hire, required.

Preferred:

Playground Safety certification.
