As a Child Care Staff member, you will be responsible for the safety and well-being of children, supervising activities, assisting with daily care routines, implementing age-appropriate curriculum, maintaining communication with parents, managing behavior, and participating in professional development.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Early Childhood Education certification is a plus.
- Previous experience with children.
- Willingness to pass required clearances and training.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly.
- Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- CPR and first aid certification.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children.
