About the Role
As a Child Development Specialist, you will work directly with children who have autism or other developmental differences, helping them build important life skills. Your responsibilities will include engaging children in play and conversation, documenting session notes, and collaborating with clinicians and supervisors for skill development and career growth.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 1 year of experience working with children.
- Great communication and people skills.
Preferred:
- Bilingual in English/Spanish.
- Experience working with children, especially those with autism.
