About the Role

As a Child Interventionist, you will implement individualized treatment plans under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA). Your responsibilities include observing and reporting on client progress, managing challenging behaviors, and assisting clients in acquiring academic and life skills. You will work closely with families and other team members to ensure effective communication and support.

About You

Required:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Genuine love for working with children.
Strong interpersonal skills for working with children and families.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to pass a company background check.

Preferred:

Prior experience with children.
Interest in ongoing development and training.
