About the Role

As a Child Life Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting effective coping through play, preparation, education, and self-expression for children and their families facing health challenges. Your role includes creating activity plans, assessing psychosocial needs, providing emotional support, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal care. You will also participate in training and mentoring students and volunteers, maintain equipment and supplies, and advocate for the psychosocial needs of children and families.
