About the Role
As a Child Support Professional, you will be responsible for creating a safe and therapeutic environment for children and adolescents. Your core responsibilities include offering individualized care and supervision, utilizing strength-based techniques for skill development, managing household duties, participating in service planning, providing transportation and community engagement, offering counseling and behavioral support, and ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid New York State driver's license.
Preferred:
- Associate's degree in human services or a related field.
- Experience working with children with emotional or behavioral needs.
