Summary
Healthy Kids Programs is seeking a Childcare Site Director – Before & After School to oversee their Before and After School Program for the 2025–2026 school year at Park Elementary School in Columbia, PA.
About the Role
As a Childcare Site Director, you will be responsible for the day-to-day quality of the program, staff supervision, and ensuring compliance with Pennsylvania DHS/OCDEL regulations. Your role includes leading engaging activities, supervising children and staff, maintaining attendance records, and serving as a liaison between families and school administration.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, or the human services field plus 1 year of experience working with children under 13.
- Must pass a full background check, including fingerprinting and reference checks.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree including 30 credit hours in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, or the human services field plus 2 years of experience working with children under 13.
- Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, or the human services field plus 3 years of experience working with children under 13.
- Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs.
