As a Christian Response Representative - Outbound (Associate), you will be responsible for placing outbound calls to ministry supporters, offering prayer, expressing appreciation for gifts, and inviting constituents to special events. You will also assist with incoming calls, ensuring a positive and relational experience for callers while adhering to departmental standards.
About You
Required:
- Maintains a personal, active relationship with Jesus Christ and is a consistent witness for Jesus Christ.
- General knowledge of BGEA and agreement with its philosophy and principles.
- Customer service and/or previous telephone experience.
Preferred:
- Experience with PCs, Windows, Outlook emailing, and databases.
- Good basic math and spelling skills, proper email etiquette.
