Summary
Prescient Edge is seeking a CI Training Expert to support a federal government client in Quantico, VA. The role involves overseeing contract instructors and ensuring high-quality instruction in counterintelligence operations.
About the Role
As a CI Training Expert, you will work with the JCITA Chief of Training to manage the performance of contract instructors, coach and mentor new instructors, and assess their readiness to deliver instruction. You will also be required to travel within the NCR and CONUS to observe instructors during field exercises.
About You
Required:
- 15+ years of demonstrated experience conducting, supervising, instructing and/or supporting offensive CI operations, CI investigations, and/or CI collection activities.
- Experience in counterintelligence and conducting platform and scenario-based tradecraft instruction.
- Graduated from an accredited CI Special Agent credentialing school.
- Graduate of the Joint Counterintelligence Training Activity (JCITA) Advanced Foreign CI Operations Course (AFCIOC) or equivalent.
- Graduate from an accredited industry or military master instructor training program.
- Achieve and maintain DIA Instructor certification.
- Active TS security clearance and eligibility for SCI clearance.
