Summary

About the Role
As the Director, Data and AnalytiXIN, you will lead the AnalytiXIN program, collaborating with CICP and its branded initiatives to enhance Indiana's competitiveness in AI and data analytics. Responsibilities include executing program phases, coordinating major initiatives, leading events, crafting communications, and overseeing operational processes to ensure program success.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with program management and execution.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Proactive problem solver and critical thinker with excellent planning, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Excellent analytical and consultative skills.
