Summary
Respawn Entertainment is seeking a Cinematic Technical Implementation Designer for a 9-month Temporary Full Time opportunity in Orlando, FL. The role focuses on cinematic integration to enhance player experiences in their games.
About the Role
As a Cinematic Technical Implementation Designer, you will integrate and maintain Sequencer-driven cinematics, troubleshoot and fix bugs, construct NPC animation states, create and edit blueprints for level sequences, and capture environment meshes from Unreal Engine for the Cinematic Teams.
About You
Required:
- 3+ years' experience in the games industry working as a designer, shipping at least one title.
- Strong knowledge of Unreal Engine 5, particularly the sequencer tool and implementation workflows.
- Proficiency in at least one animation tool (i.e. Maya, Motion Builder, Blender).
- Experience with text-based scripting, visual scripting, and/or programming languages.
Preferred:
- A team-player mindset with effective communication skills across disciplines.
