Summary
PBG is seeking a CIPIC Manager to join their team in Washington, DC. The role involves overseeing budget formulation and execution for a Federal OCIO organization, providing strategic direction, and managing a Budget and Financial Analyst.
About the Role
As a CIPIC Manager, you will be responsible for the formulation, planning, and execution of the OCIO's annual budget, managing all aspects of budget execution, overseeing the budget analyst, and providing consultation services for IT investments. You will also coordinate activities across various teams to ensure accurate and timely submission of budget information.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Finance, Business, or equivalent related field.
- Minimum of eight (8) years of experience with extensive expertise in budget formulation and execution process for a non-DoD agency, CPIC process, financial modeling, and advanced Excel functions.
- 5+ years of project and customer management experience in Federal Civilian consulting environment.
Preferred:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Certified Technology Business Management Executive (CTBME)
- Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM)
- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
