About the Role

You will analyze performance data, ensure compliance with service level agreements, and collaborate with various departments to maintain strong governance and control. Additionally, you will be involved in hiring, training, and conducting performance reviews for team members.
About You
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in client-focused roles.
- Proven track record of successful client engagement and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as a committed team player.
Preferred:
- Experience in managing high-value clients, particularly in the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
