About the Role
As an Administrator in Training, you will assist the facility administrator in overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality care for residents. You will collaborate with department heads, participate in financial planning, learn about staffing and human resources management, contribute to strategic planning, develop policies, support regulatory compliance, and engage in quality assurance activities.
About You
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience in healthcare or long-term care settings.
Willingness to complete the AIT program and obtain licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator.
Preferred:
Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to long-term care.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
