- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, or Construction Engineering.
- Four years of civil/structural and/or construction engineering experience.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Two years Construction project inspection experience.
- Familiarity with construction claims.
- P.E. registration.
