About the Role
As a Civil Crew Foreman, you will lead a crew in safely completing jobs related to telecommunications installations, including trenching, foundation excavations, and utility installations. You will participate in daily safety meetings, ensure compliance with training and certifications, and assist with equipment maintenance. The position requires travel for extended periods and offers in-house training for new team members.
About You
Required:
- Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
- Able to read and interpret construction drawings and job specifications.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Preferred:
- Previous construction or mechanical experience.
- Valid CDL, OSHA 10, and OSHA 30 certifications.
