About the Role
As a Civil Crew Foreman, you will lead a crew in safely and efficiently completing jobs related to telecommunications installations. Responsibilities include running equipment for trenching and foundation work, participating in safety meetings, and maintaining tools and vehicles. You will undergo a two-day orientation and shadow experienced Foremen for the first 90 days to learn the trade.
About You
Required:
- Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
- Able to read and interpret construction drawings and job specifications.
Preferred:
- Previous construction or mechanical experience.
- Valid CDL, OSHA 10, and OSHA 30 certifications.
