About the Role
As a Civil Designer, you will be responsible for managing drafting and plan preparation standards, developing technical drawings and plans, performing quality checks on complex drawings, and supervising CAD staff. You will work independently with minimal supervision and coordinate work activities to maintain schedules and ensure quality control.
About You
Required:
- 8+ years of relevant experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent (associates degree preferred).
- Proficiency designing land development projects with AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
- Strong work ethic and interpersonal communication skills.
Preferred:
- Ability to set up and manage printing/plotting settings.
- Willingness to mentor and teach others.
- Detail-oriented with a professional attitude.
