About the Role
As a Civil Engineer in the Land Development team, you will be responsible for site development engineering, project management, and coordinating various tasks related to land development site designs. Your responsibilities will include research, cost estimating, permitting, and preparing bid packages. You will also monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules while building professional relationships with clients and contractors.
About You
Required:
- 4+ years of relevant engineering design experience.
- Professional Engineering (P.E.) License (or ability to obtain within 12 months).
- Experience with site civil design, permitting, and applicable software applications including hydrology modeling program, storm drainage programs, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D.
Preferred:
- Experience with task management and concept design.
- Familiarity with coordinating with clients and attending client meetings.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Ability to build plan sets and other construction documents.
