About You
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited university or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years of Civil Engineering experience focused on land development and permitting.
- At least 5 years of experience leading employees or multidiscipline projects.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) required.
- Ability to travel 10-20% to client sites.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong technical writing skills and attention to detail.
- Strong coordination and team-building skills.
- Ability to motivate teams and demonstrate effective leadership.
- Problem-solving and scientific evaluation skills.
