Required:
- Licensed engineer with experience in civil engineering management.
- Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel).
Preferred:
- Experience in managing diverse engineering projects.
- Strong communication skills for client and team interactions.
