As a Civil Investigator, you will work closely with Assistant United States Attorneys to investigate criminal, civil, and national security matters. Your responsibilities will include providing professional investigations, expert testimony, analysis of information, and written reports. You will also travel in support of investigations and must possess above-average oral communication skills.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred with additional experience substitutable for advanced degree requirements.
- Formalized training and certification within a specific investigative expertise.
Preferred:
- Experience in web-based research and using social media platforms.
- High-level competency with Microsoft Suite tools, including Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience with analytical software such as Palantir or I-2 Analyst Notebook.
- Ability to create visuals for grand jury and trial preparation.
