- Experience leading process discovery, process analysis, process design, or process optimization.
- Ability to influence at multiple levels to secure buy-in on relevant issues and challenges.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using data to determine viable solutions.
- Process orientation with strong attention to detail.
- Clear understanding of root cause analysis and ability to suggest creative resolutions.
- Robust verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and well-organized individual.
- Proficiency with Microsoft suite (PowerPoint, Visio, MS Excel).
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or other project management environments.
- Bachelor's Degree (recommended but claims experience will be considered).
- Knowledge of digital and automation solutions applicable to the insurance industry.
- Learning agility to quickly grasp new concepts and emerging technology and proactively expand expertise.
