Summary

About the Role
As a Claims Assistant, you will be responsible for setting up new claims, processing mail and files, inputting notes in the claims system, processing payments, and assisting claims examiners with calls. Additional duties may be assigned based on customer needs.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- PC literate, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills.
Preferred:
- College degree.
- Six (6) months of service-oriented office experience.
