You will also provide legal advice to clients and stay updated on legal developments.
About You
Required:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in the state.
- Minimum of 4 years of class action litigation experience; federal clerkship preferred.
- Proven experience in drafting legal documents, pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software, such as LexisNexis or Westlaw.
