About the Role
As a Classroom Aide/Driver, you will be responsible for transporting individuals, developing and implementing training programs, managing cases, and participating in general program duties. You will ensure the safety and well-being of individuals during transport and maintain documentation of their progress and medical data.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must be 20.5 years of age or older with at least 3 years of driving experience.
- Valid MA driver's license with a good driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last three years).
Preferred:
- Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities.
- Ability to interact with patience and sensitivity with individuals and staff.
