About the Role
As a Clerical Assistant 3 in the ChildLine Appeals Unit, you will review and analyze requests for appeal recommendations and decisions, apply provisions of the Child Protective Services Law, and maintain compliance with statutory time frames for appeal cases. You will also be responsible for monitoring appeal progression and ensuring confidentiality of information.
About You
Required:
- One year as a Clerical Assistant 2 or equivalent clerical experience.
- Ability to perform essential job functions.
Preferred:
- Experience in government or administrative roles.
- Knowledge of Child Protective Services Law.
