Your key duties will include managing rosters for state and contracted personnel, ensuring compliance with scheduling accuracy, planning and assigning tasks, and training staff for operational readiness.
About You
Required:
- One year as a Clerical Supervisor 1 or equivalent.
- One year as a Clerical Assistant 3 or equivalent.
- Two years as a Clerical Assistant 2 or equivalent.
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
Preferred:
- Experience in managing complex scheduling in a healthcare or residential setting.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
