VITAS Healthcare is seeking a Clerk to join their team in Fort Myers, FL. The role involves providing business office clerical assistance and performing routine clerical duties to maintain business records and reports.
About the Role
As a Clerk, you will be responsible for answering telephones, conveying messages, running errands, preparing business correspondence, proofreading records, filing documents, sorting and distributing mail, and performing related duties as required. You will also act as a primary backup to the Executive Assistant when necessary.
About You
Required:
- Completion of high school or basic education equivalency required.
- One to three years prior related experience.
Preferred:
- Ability to work on various assignments simultaneously.
- Working knowledge of computers, internet access, and the ability to navigate within automated systems and software packages such as Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
