LDX Digital is seeking a Client Account Manager - E-Commerce Clients to join their fully remote team. The role involves managing client relationships and ensuring successful advertising campaigns primarily on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
About the Role
As a Client Account Manager, you will be the main point of contact for clients, responsible for communication, campaign oversight, and performance management. You will collaborate with internal teams to develop and optimize paid media campaigns, track performance metrics, and ensure client satisfaction and retention.
About You
Required:
2+ years of experience in account management, client success, or a similar client-facing role in digital marketing agencies or direct-response advertising.
Experience with Google Ads or other media buying platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical mindset; able to interpret performance metrics and translate data into actionable insights.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and resourceful.
Preferred:
Google Ads or Meta Ads certification.
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar).
Understanding of analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, etc.).
Experience supporting eCommerce, SaaS, or performance-driven campaigns.
