Summary
WTW is seeking a Client Advocate to join their team in New York, NY. The role involves providing strategic relationship management and consultative services to clients, ensuring their insurance and risk management needs are met.
About the Role
As a Client Advocate, you will be responsible for retaining existing business, developing client relationships, providing strategic planning and consulting advice, recommending solutions throughout the policy life cycle, and driving the renewal process. You will also engage with internal resources to enhance the client experience and serve as a mentor to other team members.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of commercial Property & Casualty insurance experience in a client-facing role.
- Knowledge of commercial insurance renewal end-to-end process steps.
- Ability to apply knowledge of coverage forms in program design and coverage consultation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Insurance P&C License required.
Preferred:
- Negotiation skills to develop innovative solutions for complex deals.
- Excellent project management skills for overseeing large, complex projects.
- Competency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
