Your daily tasks will include using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter to find and onboard professionals, experimenting with new sourcing strategies, and building long-term relationships with experts.
About You
Required:
- 1-2 years in lead generation, outbound sales, or recruiting.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, and other sourcing tools.
- High conversion skills and funnel management experience.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in high-pressure environments like startups, consulting, or finance.
- Goal-oriented, resilient, and excited by ambitious growth targets.
