About the Role
As a Client Care Fraud Prevention Associate, you will be responsible for evaluating current fraud trends, analyzing complex data models, and collaborating with Visa teams and clients during fraud events. You will also ensure that merchant processes are followed to enhance their experience and help cut costs through automation.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of 6 months of work experience or a Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience and/or expertise in online fraud.
- Ability to review and evaluate transactions to identify fraudulent activity.
Preferred:
- 2 or more years of work experience.
- Experience with various merchant environments and understanding of past and current fraud trends.
- Understanding of payments process, cybercrime, and fraud techniques.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., using pivot tables, VLOOKUP queries).
- Strong understanding of common fraud vulnerabilities and exposures.
