BioSpace is seeking a Client Care Specialist to join their team in Houston, TX. The role involves managing day-to-day client communications and supporting laboratory operations.
About the Role
As a Client Care Specialist, you will be responsible for handling routine inquiries, assisting with sample intake, and ensuring accurate client records. You will collaborate closely with laboratory and operations staff to provide timely and solutions-oriented service to enhance client relationships and satisfaction. Your daily tasks will include managing client communications, monitoring support tickets, updating client records, and educating clients on testing processes.
About You
Required:
Bachelor of Science degree (Chemistry, Microbiology, or related field preferred) or a minimum of two years of relevant business experience.
1-2 years of customer service, client support, or administrative experience, preferably in a scientific, regulated, or service environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred:
Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service, including familiarity with up-selling and cross-selling techniques.
Prior experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system or Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
CPhT certification.
