BioSpace is seeking a Client Care Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the Client Care Specialist team in Houston, TX. The role focuses on ensuring excellent customer service, client satisfaction, and adherence to regulatory and quality standards.
About the Role
As a Client Care Supervisor, you will manage team performance, conduct performance reviews, motivate and train team members, develop service metrics, and ensure customer satisfaction by addressing client issues. You will also oversee call monitoring for quality assurance, support management in developing client care strategies, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
About You
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, Technology, or related field or a minimum of five years of experience in a call center or client service environment.
Prior experience with CRM systems.
Excellent leadership, people management, and team-building skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to manage client relationships and resolve issues.
Preferred:
Extensive knowledge of inbound and outbound tele-sales processes.
Demonstrated passion for service and sales.
Strong organizational, analytical, time management, and multi-tasking abilities.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internet-based applications.
