Summary
OTR Solutions is seeking a Client Development Coordinator to join their team in Roswell, GA. The role focuses on driving revenue growth within the existing client base through operational excellence and account strategy.
About the Role
As a Client Development Coordinator, you will proactively engage existing clients to drive adoption of relevant products, analyze client performance to identify underutilization, and collaborate with Account Managers and Product teams to align solutions with client objectives. Your responsibilities will include crafting pitches, providing feedback to Operations and Product teams, and striving to meet monthly quotas across key performance metrics.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and related computer knowledge.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Focus on Client experience.
- Coachability to learn a dynamic growing industry.
- Team player with multi-tasking and prioritizing abilities.
