As a Client Director - Healthcare (Provider), you will provide strategic leadership to clients, manage executive relationships, and lead virtual teams to support esteemed clients. Your responsibilities include developing ServiceNow solutions based on customer outcomes, overseeing account development, building trust across client organizations, and achieving financial targets.
About You
Required:
- 7+ years of experience in client management, aligning account strategies to revenue opportunities.
- 2+ years of experience as a Client Director or equivalent role with validated multi-million-dollar sales solutions experience.
- Experience selling into strategic level Healthcare Provider accounts.
- Experience achieving sales targets.
- Ability to understand broad, macro-level business IT needs for a prospective client.
Preferred:
- Experience in leveraging AI in work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- Previous sales experience in IT Service Management, HR, Security Operations, Customer Service, and IT Operations Management.
- Experience leading virtual or matrixed teams.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
