About the Role
As a Client Executive, Employee Benefits, you will be responsible for completing and presenting strategic business plans to clients, ensuring service commitments are met, overseeing the accuracy of contracts and benefit summaries, and communicating plan benefits to employees. You will also evaluate bid results, negotiate with carriers, resolve client issues, coordinate open enrollment, and document client activity.
About You
Required:
- TX Life and Health License.
- 3+ years’ experience in employee benefits industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
Preferred:
- Four-year college degree.
