About the Role
As a Client Executive, Employee Benefits, you will be responsible for completing and presenting strategic business plans to clients, ensuring service commitments are met, overseeing the accuracy of contracts and benefit summaries, communicating plan benefits to employees, evaluating bid results, negotiating with carriers, resolving client issues, coordinating open enrollment, and documenting client activity.
About You
Required:
- TX Life and Health License.
- 3+ years’ experience in employee benefits industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
Preferred:
- Four-year college degree.
