About the Role
As a Client Experience Coordinator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include data entry, problem-solving, and collaborating with internal teams to address client needs. You will analyze loan indicators, process requests, and resolve issues while maintaining quality standards and providing strategic guidance to enhance the client experience.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of client relationships.
Preferred:
- Associate's Degree, or Vocational or Technical School Degree preferred.
- Detail-oriented and highly self-motivated.
- Effective organizational abilities and adaptability to change.
