About the Role
As a Client Implementation Manager, you will own the end-to-end onboarding process for institutional clients, ensuring a seamless transition into Prime Brokerage and related services. Your responsibilities will include designing and managing detailed project plans, acting as the key liaison between clients and internal teams, driving execution of critical deliverables, maintaining proactive communication with clients, upholding governance standards, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
About You
Required:
- 4-8 years of experience in Prime Brokerage, OTC Clearing, or institutional onboarding.
- Strong understanding of Prime Services products such as clearing, custody, margining, and financing.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects under tight deadlines.
- Experience working with hedge funds, asset managers, or similar institutional clients.
- Familiarity with KYC/AML and U.S. regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related discipline.
