- 0-2 years of applicable professional experience in account management, program coordination, project coordination, or operations support.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Professional client-facing demeanor.
- Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Experience in a creative agency, marketing organization, or operations environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, MIS, or related field.
- Exposure to healthcare or pharma environments.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reporting tools, and operational data.
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
