About the Role
As a Client Manager on the Agribusiness team, you will be responsible for client visits, plan design, responding to inquiries, and educating clients on their insurance needs. You will also handle policy renewals, prepare proposals, provide technical support, maintain agency management systems, and ensure adherence to agency service standards. Flexibility in work hours is required to meet deadlines.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent; preference for a bachelor's degree.
- Ability to acquire applicable resident and nonresident agency/broker license.
Preferred:
- Two years of commercial insurance processing or agribusiness industry experience.
- Working knowledge of various insurance coverages including worker's compensation and general liability.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
