As a Client Operations Specialist, you will coordinate the assessment process for validated prospects, assist in evaluating current supply chain programs, lead technology demonstrations, and produce custom presentations. You will also act as a client advocate, manage project timelines, and work with cross-functional teams to develop solutions.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in supply chain management and/or experience in two or more Transportation Insight departments.
Preferred:
- Strong understanding of TMS systems and solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
