Guidepoint is seeking a Client Outreach Specialist to join their Insights business in New York City. The role involves promoting the Insights product to institutional clients and enhancing client engagement.
About the Role
As a Client Outreach Specialist, you will be responsible for representing the Guidepoint Insights product to institutional clients, increasing product usage, mapping client preferences, building relationships with Portfolio Managers and Analysts, conducting outbound prospecting, and collaborating with analysts to summarize key events.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of 3 years of institutional sales, business development or account management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging high-profile clients.
Preferred:
- Broad based knowledge of the sales process from lead generation to relationship management.
- Comprehensive understanding of the institutional investment process.
- Strong relationship building skills.
