Summary

About the Role
As a Client Relations and Development Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic planning processes to execute business development strategies for the Client Relation and Opportunities (CRO) team. Your tasks will include managing events, coordinating projects, analyzing client data, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance client relations and generate business opportunities.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, Economics, English, Finance, Political Science or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in professional services (preferably legal).
- Proficiency with Intapp DealCloud and strong business writing, listening, and presentation skills.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with middle-market M&A processes or private capital markets.
- Exposure to investment banking, private equity, venture capital, lender relationship management or corporate development.
- Knowledge of data enrichment tools (e.g., PitchBook, Capital IQ).
