About You
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of one to two years of retail banking experience for Consultant 1; three to four years for Consultant 2; four to five years for Consultant 3; five or more years for Consultant 4.
- Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients.
- Experience with digital products and self-service technologies.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify customer needs and make appropriate recommendations.
- Experience in the financial services industry.
