About the Role
As a Client Relationship Consultant, you will be the welcoming face of our branch and a trusted partner for our clients. Your responsibilities include processing financial transactions, consulting with clients to understand their needs, and identifying opportunities to expand relationships. You will also open and maintain accounts, support branch lending processes, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Entry-level experience in teller, banking, or sales roles with established goals.
Preferred:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of retail banking products, policies, and systems.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and other business tools.
