About the Role
As a Client Relationship Coordinator, you will be responsible for financial coordination, including monitoring fees, producing invoices, processing time entries, and improving billing practices. You will also assist with credit control, draft engagement letters, and support risk-based assessments for new clients. Your role will require maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders and ensuring compliance with internal and statutory finance rules.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- A minimum of two years of relevant administrative and/or finance related experience, preferably in a professional services environment.
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to influence others.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- A strong team player who is also able to exercise thoughtful independent judgement.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.
