Your role will also involve regular interactions with senior client decision-makers and ensuring customer satisfaction across all revenue portfolios.
About You
Required:
- Minimum 15+ years in a client-facing or account leadership role in IT professional services or management consulting.
- Experience leading diverse teams in a multi-cultural environment.
- Strong experience with the global service delivery model.
- In-depth understanding of business problem domains and technology solutions in the manufacturing sector.
- Proven track record in sales and managing various business portfolios.
- Bachelor's Degree.
Preferred:
- MS or MBA degree.
- Strong background in project environments and application development.
- Proven ability to contribute to new business development efforts.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage complex assignments.
- Demonstrable problem-solving abilities with strategic solutions for business problems.
